*Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

*If Coach Larson has booked the ice and the session is canceled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee equal to the full ice cost (including tax) will be charged.

*If the ice time was not prepaid by Coach Larson, no cancellation fee applies - but consistent late cancellations may result in limited booking options.
